Cryogenic Valves

Typically, cryogenic valves are used in processes involving liquefied gases such as liquid nitrogen, oxygen, and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

ValPro manufactures gate, globe, ball, and butterfly valves with extended bonnet for service temperatures down to -250°C, meeting the requirements of BS6364 and other similar national, international, and user specifications.

Most commonly these cryogenic valves are tested at -196°C. Clients, or their representatives, may specify for cryogenic tests on request.

Cryogenic valve classes and sizes correspond to those listed under the main product pages.

Cryogenic ball valves are elastomer-free and preferably metal seated.
