This convenient one-piece, single membrane rupture disc is reverse-bulged and perimeter-scored to facilitate opening without knife blades.
- Operates in both gas and liquid applications
- Effective in the isolation of Safety Relief valves
- Withstands full vacuum, without the aid of a vacuum support
- Will sustain cyclic and pulsating pressures as high as 90% of the stamped disc rating
- If damaged during normal installation, the SRL rupture disc will open at less than 1.5 times the stamped burst pressure
- Special seating configuration allows SRL discs to perform reliably, even under less-than-ideal bolt-loading conditions
- Effective in VALVEGUARD protection of expensive Pressure Relief Valves and Safety Relief Valves
