RovalveCartridge Seat Knife Gate ValveFig PCS17The perimeter cartridge seat is a precision molded, metal reinforced, one-piece design providing bi-directional, zero leakage shut-off. The cartridge-style seat is easily replaced from the top of the valve, even with the valve in-line, making repair cost-effective. Because the seat seals on the edge or perimeter of the gate, pressure against the gate is not required to obtain a zero leakage seal.
